The University of Melbourne is ~3.5 km from the Bureau of Meteorology, and it takes 15-25 mins to travel between the two venues by public transport. |
Accommodation
We have reserved rooms for workshop participants at three nearby hotels:
- Rydges on Swanston. Rate of AUD$182 per night is available for workshop attendees.
- Best Western Plus Travel Inn Hotel. Rate of AUD$165/180/180 per night for single/twin/double rooms are available by emailing res@travelinn.net.au and quoting #29081.
- Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne. Rate of AUD$236/320 per night for 1/2 bedroom apartment. Please mention HEPEX when booking to get these rate
Wi-Fi is free for workshop participants for all three hotels.
If these don’t suit there are many other hotels in Melbourne. Check the list in the official site or a hotel booking website of your preference.
